My entire household has been fighting this ridiculous cold/flu. I’m finally about 98% better as is my son but I wouldn’t wish this nasty stuff on anyone which is the main reason we have been staying in. And the negative degree weather may be a factor as well.
We may have a million toys but I quickly learned that the attention span of a 3 year old is about 2 minutes. We have gone through tons of crafts and coloring books, built marble mazes for days, watched way to many movies and built blanket forts galore.
Then today, while I am in the kitchen getting lunch ready, this happens..
Apparently, give your child toilet paper and it’ll occupy them for hours?!
The track consisted of an entire roll of TP and went from the living room to his bedroom doorway. I couldn’t even be upset as he said to me with a huge smile on his face, “Mommy, come look at my perfect racetrack for my cars!”.
