GalaxyCon, a fan driven experienced event, is coming to Des Moines September September 12-14, 2025. The event promises to bring fans from all around the Midwest and America to shop, game, cosplay, and meet their favorite celebs.

In a press release, GalaxyCon say this year’s event “will expand significantly, incorporating fan-favorite attractions like celebrity autograph sessions, panel discussions, immersive cosplay competitions, expanded shopping with local and national vendors, and interactive experiences for fans of comic books, anime, gaming, sci-fi, fantasy, and pop culture.”

Organizers say it’s more than just a another comic-con. GalaxyCon is a festival of fandom with celebrities, artists, writers, voice actors, cosplayers, entertainers, creators, wrestlers, fan groups, panelists, and people like you.
